Fîth-fevê Bî (/ˈbɪrɪ/ /ˈfevɘ/ [high] [accident; catastrophe]) is a temperate Town located in the Tëomjinèna Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Fîth-fevê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fîth-fevê Bî was founded by Brèsil Trg̈nka, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Fîth-fevê Bî has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Fîth-fevê Bî receives an average of 193 cm/y (75 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Fîth-fevê Bî covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 5756 m (18884 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Fîth-fevê Bî was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1133, by Brèsil Trg̈nka. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Brèsil Trg̈nka.
Fîth-fevê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fîth-fevê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fîth-fevê Bî is is constructed arround a series of broad gravel mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
Something in your gut tells you that you may be unwelcome in Fîth-fevê Bî. The town seems like it’s not showing you the side of itself it would show to others. People mostly ignore your questions. Many folks ask you to leave their establishments, even before you’ve walked inside them. You should probably listen to them, as every time you’re asked to leave the person asking you to leave has referenced the town’s patron divine in some way. The little voice in the back of your mind that tells you when you’re in danger feels like it’s just glaring at you and muttering about how stupid you are for even remaining in town.
Civic Infrastructure
Fîth-fevê Bî has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fîth-fevê Bî. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Fîth-fevê Bî's parks.
Fîth-fevê Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fîth-fevê Bî.
Fîth-fevê Bî has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Fîth-fevê Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Fîth-fevê Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fîth-fevê Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Fîth-fevê Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Fîth-fevê Bî's natural decorations nor waterways.
Fîth-fevê Bî has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Fîth-fevê Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Fîth-fevê Bî has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
The law within Fîth-fevê Bî is highly corrupt, or does not apply to certain favored groups or castes. Strangers might be fleeced by local lawmen, evildoers can be absolved by a payment, and powerful gentry do as they please.
Fîth-fevê Bî's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is long in Fîth-fevê Bî.
The Venomroach near Fîth-fevê Bî are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Fîth-fevê Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves performance art to channel Necromancy energies of tier 2 via singing.
Economy

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Fîth-fevê Bî was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fîth-fevê Bî lost 193 people, 168 livestock, and 55 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 155, when members of Fîth-fevê Bî's militia enacted an operation to rescue a specific influential figure from the enemy. The operation was complicated by at least some of the intelligence related to the operation was incorrect. The conflict ended with needing to break through the enemy's lines, which ended in victory for Fîth-fevê Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Fîth-fevê Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
